This cute piece depicts a great buck curiously tasting the fresh green leaves of a tree. If you were a deer, would you try this? 

Nonetheless, I don’t have to be a deer to know that I love to taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the one who finds refuge in Him!

And I can garante that, although you can also find refuge under a tree, the Lord is far sweeter then some twiggy tree branches, no matter how fresh they look! 

This was a lot of fun to paint!!

Psalm 34:8

8 Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
